A. Call 1-800-643-4926

B. Follow the prompts and select your language of choice

C. Follow the prompts and select 2 to activate your phone

D. Follow the prompts and select 2 for non-dealer

E. Follow the prompts and select 1 to enter your ActFastSM Number
(located on the SIM Card) then follow the prompts
